Our fuels tanks come with a lifting eye, (1) 2″ threaded drain and (4) 2″ threaded openings. Pump setups, vents, and fill caps are also available. We assemble tanks from capacities of 100 gallons to 20,000 gallons, with either single or double walls. We can also customize the tanks per your requirements. Our tanks come with Non-UL, UL142 or other UL ratings as specified.
We are commonly asked how much fuel a customer needs. We recommend having no more than 3-4 weeks of fuel on hand at any given time for appropriate fuel management. Find out what fuel company you’ll be using, and how much they deliver in one load. To maximize savings on your fuel delivery, we’d recommend that you go with a tank that will hold at least 15% more than the amount they’ll deliver. For example, if you purchase a 6,000-gallon tank, you can utilize a full 4,500-gallon tanker plus have some fuel left over with room for fuel expansion.
Be sure to check local regulations to decide if you’ll need containment for your tank. For most rural areas, a single wall tank will be fine; there are some cities and other areas, however, that will require a double wall tank.
